Have to pay for a music pass to listen to music Ive already purchased?

Its telling me I need a music pass to play the music that Ive already purchased and took off my computer and put on my account, I shouldnt need to pay money to listen to my own music?
My collection isnt even loading up on my mobile, keeps saying “Its lonely here” when I was just playing music off the application on my computer and listening to it moments ago. However it will show my playlists (which again is all music Ive paid for in the past), and thats when it tells me that I need a music pass to listen to it. Please fix this.
