The app would be great if playback wasnt so slow to buffer from song to song. Needs to be a instantaneous, seamless transition from song to song for me to continue use.

When I accept the terms of use and stuff for the XBox thing it keeps saying "were not able to sign in right now please try again" Ive tried about thirty times in the past fifteen minutes, and its not working. Dont waste your time. Is there any way to give 0 stars?
1) with 40000 songs are really slow! There is no cache! 2) when you download music in local you cannot see which songs are downloading 3) you cannot search a song just in your library! 4) when add a song to one drive, need 1 day for see this song! The sync inside to the settings not work!
Groove is a Top Notch music application. I recommend it to all music connoisseurs.
Ive had a pass subscription for years and after getting an iPhone from a dying Lumia icon, it makes the windows version look real good. This has a lack of finish on it. Cant scrobble songs and doesnt integrate well with the phone. Apple music seems to always take over. This drastically needs improved upon
For one it keeps crashing and every time he goes to the song it will crash.

It doesnt work neither in Iphone nor ipad. Changing to Spotify right away. Only 1 week was enough to prove this shi.... It doesnt sincronice playlist in IOS. It only works in Windows phone.
I love the concept but if they can improve the in app feature, I would actually pay for the music service.
September 15, 2015 was the last time this app has been updated? Microsoft doesnt seem to support this app anymore.
App was great as Xbox music now Microsoft took over I cant play anything songs play 10 seconds and then says it cant play songs in my playlist just wont play anymore all songs just dont work anymore!!!!!! Fix this crap app Im cancelling
Not what it was advertised as at all. I have to get a "groove music pass" to play my own music.
About two and a half weeks ago, right after my monthly subscription came out, all the music stopped playing. I had well over two thousand songs, and now theyre all unable to be played. I tried restarting the phone initially, then reinstalling the app, nothing. Im paying for a service I cant even use. And of course, the customer service is poor at best. I havent even been able to get a hold of Microsoft to discuss these issues. I would find another streaming service and app, because Microsoft obviously cares very little about keeping this one on the market.
Selection of music is good. Trying to find new artist using mobile app is terrible. This app needs a major overhaul. I may not be renewing if not fixed.
